Characteristics of machine tool
VHC high rigidity vertical machining center has drilling, iron, boring, reaming and other cutting functions. lt is suitable for heavy cutting of large diameter tool with high feed rate. Reasonable and reliable product structure, stable quality and easy operation.
1. The machine tool adopts high quality Mihannah casting, and the lathe body adopts four-guide rail structure, with excellent stability of ultra-wide gauge.
2. All castings are tempered twice, and the guide surface is quenched at high frequency, with high rigidity and high precision.
3. All three axles use polytetrafluoroethylene plastic sliding guide rail with small friction coefficient, good shock absorp tion, wear resistance and high precision.
4. The machine tool has large working stroke and wide machining range.
5. The machine tool adopts full-cover protection design to provide a good working environment.
