Characteristics of Machine Tool

The DHMC horizontal machining center is one of our more mature CNC machine tool solutions, designed for stable performance in continuous machining environments. The bed, column, and boring head are all produced from high-strength cast iron using resin sand molding. After undergoing secondary aging treatment, the structure maintains good rigidity and long-term stability, even under demanding cutting conditions.

The overall machine layout is developed with 3D modeling and verified through finite element analysis. This allows the reinforcement structure to be adjusted and optimized so that material distribution is more balanced. As a result, the machine behavior aligns more closely with real machining requirements, which is also a key focus for many Vertical Machining Center Manufacturers when improving equipment consistency.

  1. A high-rigidity direct-coupled spindle is paired with a high-power motor to ensure strong cutting capability and stable torque output.
  2. The three-axis system uses a direct connection design, making it suitable for high-speed feed and continuous cutting operations, similar to configurations often seen in a Cnc Vertical Milling Center.
  3. All axes are driven by large-diameter precision ball screws with proper preload treatment, which helps improve positioning accuracy during repeated movements.
  4. A fully enclosed protection structure is adopted to reduce chip and coolant exposure, improving safety while also lowering operator workload.
  5. The double-column, dual-spindle structure allows both sides to operate independently, increasing overall machining efficiency and supporting flexible production requirements.
