1. The machine adopts high quality castings, the gate bridge and the base are integrally formed, and the mechanism is analyzed by finite elements to provide the best stability and accuracy.
2. X, Y, Z three axes are imported precision large diameter screw rod, pre-stretching design.
3. The linear guide rail adopts precision and heavy load imported guide rail to ensure the processing requirements of high precision and high load.
4. Nitrogen balance system is adopted for Z-axis.
5. The water tank is equipped with oil-water separation device to recover guide rail oil, protect the environment and prolong the service life of cutting fluid.
